Delivery Policy

  1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily. No shipment on every Saturday, Sunday or national public holidays).

Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

 

Delivery Fees:

Purchase above RM100 free delivery within Malaysia.

Purchase below RM100, minimum delivery fee within Malaysia will be RM10 .

Delivery fee within Singapore will be RM35 .

 

  1. In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info.

We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

 

Product Defects

  1. All parcel will be packed in courier flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please do not sign the parcel, and ask the postman to return it to us
  2. Please take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
  3. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.
  4. Otherwise, if you found the product(s) received is defected or wrong after you open the parcel, please take a photo and send to our customer service.
  5. We will do compensate within two (2) working days.
